Synopsis

කතාව ආරම්භ වෙන්නේ Yggdrasil කියන ජනප්‍රිය Virtual Reality ක්‍රීඩාව සදහටම වසා දමන අවසන් දිනයෙන්. Momonga කියන ප්‍රධාන චරිතය (ඔහු තමන්ගේ සැබෑ ජීවිතයේ සාමාන්‍ය රැකියාවක් කරන, තනිකඩ පුද්ගලයෙක්), මේ ක්‍රීඩාවට තියෙන ආදරය නිසාම එහි අවසන් තත්පරය දක්වාම Game එකේ රැඳී ඉන්න තීරණය කරනවා.

නමුත් නියමිත වෙලාවට Game එක Off වෙන්නේ නැහැ. ඒ වෙනුවට Momonga තමන්ගේ Game චරිතය වන Ainz Ooal Gown විදිහටම, ක්‍රීඩාවේ සිටි සෙසු චරිත (NPCs) වලට සැබෑ පණ ලැබිලා, වෙනස්ම අද්භූත ලෝකයකට තමන්ගේ මුළු බලකොටුවත් (Great Tomb of Nazarick) සමඟින් ගසාගෙන ගොස් ඇති බව ඔහුට වැටහෙනවා.

තමන් ආපු අලුත් ලෝකය ගැන ගවේෂණය කරන්න සහ තමන් වගේම වෙනත් සැබෑ ක්‍රීඩකයින් මේ ලෝකයට පැමිණ තිබේදැයි සෙවීම සඳහා Momonga තමන්ගේ නම Ainz Ooal Gown ලෙස වෙනස් කරගන්නවා.

ඔහු සතු බලය සහ Nazarick බලකොටුවේ සිටින සෙන්පතියන්ගේ සහායෙන් ඔහු මේ අලුත් ලෝකය තමන්ගේ ග්‍රහණයට ගන්න උත්සාහ කරනවා.
